In February 2011, we signed an agreement with Realmadrid Foundation in Spain to open football schools for the youth in UAE to advocate a healthy lifestyle through the practice of sports and wholesome diets.
Real Madrid C.F. is the professional club. The Real Madrid Foundation is its social-educational arm focused on values-based programs worldwide; in the UAE we apply this philosophy through Social Sports Schools.

The Real Madrid Foundation uses football as a tool to help players grow both personally and socially. Our goal is to do more than teach football, we aim to build character and make a positive impact on the community by cultivating responsible citizens who embody the Real Madrid Foundation values.

Sessions are 60 minutes: 35 minutes of structured drills/challenges (with short hydration/feedback breaks), followed by 25 minutes of match simulations to apply learning.

Yes. The assessment is not for selection, it simply helps us place every player in a suitable group where they can learn, enjoy, and grow at their own pace.
Players are grouped primarily by age to ensure balanced participation and safety.
With commitment to the program, the player should notice a steady improvement continuously throughout their training. After 5 months continuous training, players are evaluated and monitored by their coaches and their progress is awarded at our regular Certificate Ceremonies.
The Real Madrid Foundation focuses exclusively on friendly matches rather than competitive tournaments. This approach reflects our philosophy of promoting equal participation and inclusion for all players, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to learn, play, and grow in a supportive environment.
The Real Madrid Foundation Social Sports program prioritizes values-based development alongside football training. We do not take part in competitive leagues where selection is limited to the most skilled players, as this can negatively impact confidence and inclusion. Instead, we organize friendly matches that allow all players to participate equally, fostering team spirit, respect, and healthy competition in a positive and supportive environment.

We do not offer a transportation service. We actively encourage the parents to be present to support and encourage their children during the training sessions

Individual make-up sessions are not offered. However, if the Academy cancels a class due to weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, the class will be rescheduled. We encourage all players to commit to the training schedule, as consistent attendance positively impacts their progress, discipline, and overall development both on and off the field.
