The Real Madrid Foundation Academy UAE

Welcome to the Real Madrid Foundation Academy UAE (RMFA-UAE). By participating in our programs, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. 

I hereby consent to release RMFA-UAE, Baniyas Sports LLC, its staff, associated sponsors, and venues from any legal liability for injuries incurred by the participant while attending this program. In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the designated appointee to make decisions regarding treatment if emergency contacts cannot be reached. I permit RMFA-UAE to use photographs of my child in promotional materials, including websites and brochures. I confirm that I will pay all registration and training fees in full. All payments are non-refundable. RMFA-UAE does not issue refunds for missed sessions. RMFA-UAE shall not be liable for participants once training sessions have concluded. Parents/guardians must collect their children promptly after each session. RMFA-UAE is not responsible for unattended personal items or items left on the premises. RMFA-UAE reserves the right to suspend or not renew a participant's membership without justification. Participation in events, leagues, or tournaments may incur additional fees. RMFA-UAE has the right to amend the class calendar or cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. Players must arrive at least 5 minutes before training and be in full academy uniform. Parents/guardians must collect players immediately after training. Players are expected to attend their booked classes. RMFA-UAE does not issue refunds or transfers for missed classes. Players must maintain respectful behavior toward all participants and staff. Requests for makeup classes will only be considered with a valid medical report. RMFA-UAE reserves the right to decline requests not aligned with this policy. Booking options include full season, multiple sessions, or single sessions. Schedule arrangements must be coordinated with admin prior to payment. Subscription fees should be processed online in coordination with an admin. Renewals must be completed in advance maximum by the last class of the current session. Parents/guardians may be required to show identification at the entrance. A respectful dress code and courteous behavior are expected at all times. RMFA-UAE enforces a strict non-smoking policy. Pits and Littering are prohibited. Parents/guardians should not enter the pitch or approach coaches during training. Inquiries should be directed to available admin staff. Parents/guardians are responsible for any guests accompanying them to training. RMFA-UAE reserves the right to deny entry to anyone not adhering to academy regulations. Avoid bringing valuable items; RMFA-UAE is not responsible for lost or misplaced belongings. In cases of inclement weather or schedule changes, or any other announcements/notifications will be sent via email only.
